Job summary

Paradigm Manufacturing in Wisconsin is seeking a skilled metal forming technician on 2nd shift (Mon-Thu 4:30 pm–3:00 am). The role focuses on forming sheet metal parts per work orders, reading prints, and meeting quality requirements through NC Press Brake operations.

The ideal candidate has 5+ years of experience, can set up and run basic parts, and collaborates with Level II Brake operators to program CNC and verify tooling. Strong measurement and blueprint-reading skills are essential.

Qualifications

• 5+ years' experience in sheet metal manufacturing.
• Ability to read blueprints and work to prints.
• Proficient with measurement tools and basic hand tools.
• Physical ability to lift up to 30 lbs and operate ram pedal.

Responsibilities

• Review work orders and print requirements to determine forming specs.
• Program CNC with Level II Brake operators and select proper tooling.
• Set up Press Brake parts per work order and drawing requirements.
• Ensure materials accompany work orders and run parts to print specifications.
• Coordinate maintenance or replacements with Level II Brake operators.
