Qualifications

• Completed approved nurse aide training program.
• Current CNA certification in Michigan.
• Excellent customer service and teamwork.

Responsibilities

• Promote hospitality and excellent customer service in daily interactions.
• Perform and document patient care per care plans (ADLs).
• Assist with bathing, skin care, and routine mouth care.
• Record nutritional intake, vitals, catheter care, and mobility.
• Observe changes and report to nursing team.
