Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent (GED).
• Michigan CNA certification required and current.
• Must hold Michigan CNA certification.

Responsibilities

• Follow individualized care plans and provide services per plan.
• Assist with grooming, bathing, feeding, toileting, transfers, mobility, and ROM.
• Observe, chart, and report resident conditions to licensed staff.
