Job summary

Cushman & Wakefield is seeking a Temp Cleaner for the 2nd shift in Maine. The role involves performing a variety of cleaning duties, providing quality client service, and learning proper cleaning techniques. The position requires physical ability and reliability to maintain clean offices, lobbies, and public areas.

Essential duties include waste removal, vacuuming, dusting, and disinfecting surfaces. Previous cleaning experience is preferred but not required; training will be provided.

Qualifications

• Must be able to walk, stand, reach and bend for extended periods.
• Must be able to lift up to 25 lbs.
• Previous cleaning experience preferred but not required.
• Good communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to follow oral and written instructions.
• Ability to prioritize multiple tasks.

Responsibilities

• Empty, clean all waste receptacles and remove waste paper and rubbish from the premises to designated area; damp wipe receptacles as necessary.
• Vacuum all rugs and carpeted areas in offices, lobbies and corridors.
• Dust all picture frames, fire extinguisher boxes, registers and other ventilating louvers.
• Keep custodial closets in a clean, neat and orderly condition.
• Follow all safety and personnel rules and regulations.
