Job summary

Cushman & Wakefield is seeking a reliable Cleaner for the Exeter, NH site. The role supports custodial operations under supervision and requires following established standards and procedures to deliver clean, safe spaces.

Responsibilities include sweeping, mopping, floor care with buffers and shampoo machines, dusting furniture, cleaning restrooms, restocking supplies, trash collection, and reporting maintenance issues to supervisors. The position is 2nd shift with competitive hourly pay.

Qualifications

• No prior experience required for basic cleaning duties.
• Must be able to follow directions and work with minimal supervision.
• Capability to use cleaning tools and equipment with attention to detail.
• Ability to work as part of a team and maintain high energy levels.

Responsibilities

• Sweep, mop, and wash floors and surfaces inside buildings.
• Operate floor buffers and shampoo machines with attachments.
• Vacuum rugs, dust furniture, and perform high dusting as needed.
• Wash windowsills and interior/exterior glass as directed.
• Restock bathrooms and manage waste daily.
• Monitor for basic maintenance issues and report to supervisors.
• Assist with snow removal from entrances when required.
• Perform periodic cleaning tasks such as leather/wood cleaning.
