Job summary

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily cleaning operations by assigning tasks, monitoring performance, providing feedback, and documenting disciplinary actions.
• Conduct regular inspections and address service issues to improve quality.
• Train and mentor staff on cleaning techniques, safety, and policies.
• Manage cleaning supplies inventory and equipment and track usage.
• Motivate teams and maintain high-quality standards while interacting with clients.
• Report to Site Manager and support service excellence.
