Job summary

Cushman & Wakefield is seeking a part-time Cleaner for the 2nd shift in New Jersey. The role involves cleaning duties across offices and common areas, operating floor buffers and shampoo machines, and restocking bathrooms.

You will work under the Custodial Manager and must demonstrate reliability, teamwork, and attention to detail. Responsibilities include sweeping, mopping, dusting, window and door cleaning, trash disposal, and reporting maintenance needs.

Qualifications

• Basic cleaning responsibilities requires no previous experience.
• Ability to take direction and work with minimal supervision as part of a team.
• Ability to use cleaning tools and equipment, including a backpack vacuum.

Responsibilities

• Sweep, mop, and wash floors and surfaces inside buildings.
• Operate floor buffers and shampoo machines with attachments.
• Vacuum rugs, dust furniture and fixtures, and perform high dusting as needed.
• Clean bathrooms, restock supplies, and maintain cleanliness throughout the facility.
• Report equipment issues and potential defects to supervisors.
• Perform snow removal on walkways as directed.
• Carry out additional duties as assigned.
