Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Sweep, mop, and wash floors and surfaces inside buildings.
• Operate floor buffers and shampoo machines.
• Vacuum rugs and perform daily spot cleaning and shampooing.
• Clean and dust furniture, fixtures, and walls.
• Wash windowsills and interior/exterior glass; manage waste and restock supplies.
• Report defects to supervisors.
• Collect and dispose of trash; replace liners.
• Shovel snow from entrances as directed.
• Perform periodic high-dusting and polishing tasks.
• Other duties as assigned.
