Job summary

C&W Services is seeking a dedicated Cleaner for the 2nd shift in Austin, TX. You will perform a variety of custodial duties under supervision, maintaining floors, glass, restrooms, and common areas while upholding company standards.

The role requires attention to detail, teamwork, and the use of cleaning equipment including backpack vacuums. Compensation ranges from $14.03 to $16.50 per hour, with comprehensive benefits and equal opportunity employment.

Qualifications

• Basic cleaning responsibilities requires no previous experience.
• Must be able to take direction, work with minimal supervision and function cooperatively as part of a team.
• Ability to use cleaning tools and equipment, including a portable backpack vacuum.

Responsibilities

• Sweep, mop, and wash floors and surfaces inside buildings.
• Operate floor buffers and shampoo machines with attachments.
• Vacuum rugs in offices and public areas; spot clean daily and shampoo rugs when needed.
• Clean and dust furniture, fixtures, and surfaces; high-dusting as required.
• Wash windowsills and interior/exterior glass; clean walls and entry doors.
• Restock bathrooms and monitor supplies; report issues to supervisors.
• Collect and dispose of trash daily; replace liners as needed.
• Clear snow from steps and walkways as directed.
