Qualifications

• Requires high school diploma or GED; 6 months in converting or heavy equipment is a plus.
• Ability to read a tape measure with speed and accuracy; perform basic calculations.

Responsibilities

• Operate clamp truck safely and perform daily inspections.
• Unload rolls and support production schedules; assist conversion operator as needed.
• Maintain cleanliness and organize work area; participate in training of teammates.
• Complete maintenance work orders and report safety issues promptly.
