Job summary

Allfast Fastening Systems LLC in City of Industry, CA is seeking a Chemical Processor for 2nd shift. This on-site role supports manufacturing with degrease, etch, anodize, chromate conversion coating, and wastewater treatment operations.

You will follow safety guidelines, manage chemical levels, and assist with roll sort, record keeping, and housekeeping. High school diploma or GED and ability to read and follow written instructions are required.

Qualifications

• Language Skills: read, understand, and write basic English.
• Mathematical Skills: basic arithmetic with whole numbers, fractions, and decimals.
• Reasoning Ability: follow routine multi-step instructions and handle standard situations.
• Education and/or Experience: high school diploma/GED, or 1–3 months related experience or training, or equivalent.
• Physical Demands: lifting up to 50 pounds, standing, bending, and frequent reaching.

Responsibilities

• Performs secondary process in support of manufacturing operations (degrease, lube, etch, anodize, chromate conversion coating, roll sort).
• Operates wastewater treatment systems including pH monitoring and filter press operations.
• Adheres to production schedules and ensures processing tanks have proper chemical levels.
• Follows safety and environmental guidelines; maintains records for chemicals and supplies.
