A strong, safety-minded, team-first attitude is essential. Starting pay is $22.93/hour with scheduled increases after 90 days and one year, plus a $1.00/hour shift differential.

Qualifications

• Basic ability to lift and carry up to 45 lbs.
• Willingness to learn new technology and automation systems.
• Strong attention to labeling and packaging verification.

Responsibilities

• Feed product into automated packaging lines.
• Inspect product and packaging for quality and accuracy.
• Pack finished cheese cases and prepare them for shipment.
• Stack cases onto pallets when needed.
• Keep work areas clean and follow safety protocols.
