Job summary

Qualifications

• Safety and environmental training completed.
• Must be 18 years of age or older.
• Experience with inspection equipment and measuring tools is preferred.
• Ability to communicate with supervision and co-workers.

Responsibilities

• Understand and practice safety and environmental rules.
• Set up, shut down, monitor and control machine operations and change settings.
• Produce alloyed grids and ensure quality characteristics.
• Train new hires as needed.
• Perform mold, ladle, and trip die changeovers.
• Perform SPC checks on parts for weight and thickness.
• Inspect produced parts for adherence to quality characteristics.
• Maintain day-to-day housekeeping and record keeping.
• Overtime as required.
