Naturpak in Janesville, WI is seeking a Case Pack Operator – Utility 2nd shift to support daily production across multiple lines. You will help with supply of materials, changeovers, and cleanup, while maintaining GMP and food safety standards. This role offers full-time hours on 2nd shift with opportunities to learn several tasks.

The position requires the ability to stand, walk, and lift up to 50 lbs, with weekend availability as needed. Prior food production or warehouse experience is a plus.

• Able to follow written and verbal instructions in a production setting.

• Reliable attendance and ability to work weekends if needed.
• Able to stand, walk, bend, and lift up to 50 lbs throughout shift.

Responsabilités

• Support daily production by covering roles across the plant.
• Supply raw materials and packaging components to lines on time.
• Maintain clean, organized work areas in GMP conditions.
• Assist with setup, line changeovers, and basic cleaning.
• Report equipment or safety issues to supervisor immediately.
