Job summary

Tridgeview Commons is seeking a compassionate caregiver for 2nd shift to support residents in daily activities and personal care. The role emphasizes one-on-one attention, mobility assistance, meal prep, and safety vigilance in a senior living setting.

Ideal candidates have a High School diploma (CNA/HHA a plus), are able to lift up to 50 pounds, and hold a valid driver’s license for transportation and appointments. Nights and weekends may be required.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent; CNA/HHA training preferred.
• Ability to lift/move up to 50 pounds.
• Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.
• Experience in healthcare or home care (min 1 year).
• Willing to work nights and/or weekends.
• Compassionate and patient with residents.
• Hoyer lift experience.

Responsibilities

• Provide personal hygiene assistance for elderly residents.
• Help clients take prescribed medication and assist with ambulation.
• Assist with mobility to appointments, walks, etc.
• Plan and prepare meals.
• Assist with physical therapy exercises.
• Complete shopping or accompany residents to shops.
• Perform housekeeping duties.
• Report incidents and act quickly in emergencies.
• Offer daily living activities and meals assistance.
