Job summary

Schneider Electric in Mount Juliet, TN is seeking an Electrical Quality Technician (Calibration Scrap & Incoming Receiving) for 2nd shift. You will inspect incoming materials, manage metrology, and lead calibration programs for measurement tools to uphold engineering standards.

The role requires electrical testing experience, strong attention to detail, and the ability to interpret schematics. OSHA-10 is a plus, and a manufacturing environment habit is essential.

Qualifications

• 2 years of experience testing, troubleshooting, and failure analysis of electrical equipment.
• Proficient with High Pot Test Set, Current Injector, Megger, Multimeter, Relay Test Set, and Corona Test Set.
• Ability to interpret schematics and validate technical documents.
• Strong communication and organizational skills; proficient with computers.

Responsibilities

• Inspect and approve incoming material per engineering specs; reject nonconforming items.
• Lead calibration efforts for all measurement tools to ensure ISO 9001/9K compliance.
• Use digital tools to ensure quality inspections and implement corrective actions.
• Collect and compile statistical quality data and prepare reports.
• Ensure component conformity to drawings; manage metrology activities and safety.
