Qualifications

• Prior leadership experience in manufacturing or cabinet production.
• Solid understanding of cabinet construction processes and materials.
• Strong communication and team mentoring abilities.
• Ability to read production documents, blueprints, and measurements.
• Basic equipment troubleshooting and maintenance reporting.
• Excellent organizational skills in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Supervise day-to-day operations in frame build and edge band department.
• Verify materials are cut to specifications and properly stocked.
• Enforce safety procedures and maintain a safe work environment.
• Ensure products meet quality standards and are packaged properly.
• Monitor production schedules and assist with timely build dates.
• Train and coach team members, ensuring task competency.
