Job summary

MasterBrand Cabinets LLC is seeking an Assembly Operator to perform cleaning, assembling, unpacking, wrapping, boxing and inspecting parts on the assembly lines. You will use tools like staple guns, tape measures and glue guns, follow written and verbal instructions, and work as part of a team to meet safety, quality and productivity goals.

The role requires GED or equivalent, 18+ years of age, and ability to operate hand tools in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• GED or equivalent required.
• Ability to communicate orally.
• Manual dexterity and ability to use hand tools.
• Must be 18 years old or older.
• Must pass the drug test and background check.

Responsibilities

• Packaging and boxing of parts.
• Clean and maintain tools, equipment and work area.
• Review assignments with team members and supervisor to ensure materials are available and in good condition.
• Ensure tasks meet quality and productivity standards.
• Follow Employee Guidelines and safety rules, reporting unsafe conditions to supervisor.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
