Qualifications

• Must be 18 years of age, have reliable transportation, and ability to work overtime as needed.
• The ability to lift, bend, push, pull, and move materials up to 50 lbs.
• The ability to stand or walk an entire shift (8–10 hours).
• Previous experience in warehouse or manufacturing is preferred but not required.
• Previous experience in assembly or production-oriented environments is preferred but not required.

Responsibilities

• As an Assembly Specialist, you will work hands-on assembling cabinet components and finished products.
• You will meet or exceed production goals while maintaining safety, quality, and efficiency.
• You will participate in all-hands meetings to discuss daily production goals and plant matters.
