Job summary

Qualifications

• MBV Team Leader Training completed.
• Knowledge of Body Shop operations.
• High school Diploma or GED required.
• 4+ years relevant experience; or equivalent qualifications.

Responsibilities

• Machine feeding, set ups, operation of automated and robotic welding machines.
• Monitor and set up machinery for optimal performance.
• Sanding, grinding and deburring of metals.
• Read and interpret diagrams and blueprints of the process.
• Organize and execute shift organization and rotation plan.
• Establish rotation plan and ensure adherence to standards.
• Develop and update qualification matrix with the team.

Skills

Knowledge of Body Shop operations

4+ years relevant experience
