Mercedes-Benz Vans, LLC in Ladson, South Carolina, seeks a skilled Team Leader for our Charleston plant. You will guide a shift, ensure safety, quality, and on-time assembly of Sprinter vans, and drive continuous improvement.

The role requires completing MBV Team Leader Training, strong knowledge of body shop operations, and a high school diploma or GED. You will coordinate schedules, supervise staff, and uphold standards across the line.

Competenze

• Completed MBV Team Leader Training Program.
• Knowledge of Body Shop operations.
• High school Diploma or GED Required.
• 4+ years relevant experience; OR relevant certificate + 3 years relevant experience; OR relevant associates degree + 1 year relevant experience.
• Preferred: 5+ years relevant experience; OR relevant certificate + 4 years relevant experience; OR relevant associates degree + 2 years relevant experience.

Mansioni

• Lead and organize shift operations, ensuring adherence to standards and timelines.
• Coordinate absence planning and shift organization in accordance with local regulations.
• Execute one point lessons and supervise Q-Check on product quality.
• Support Continuous Improvement initiatives and problem-solving processes.
• Maintain performance indicators and documentation for process folders.
