Job summary

Altium Packaging is seeking a Machine Operator to run blow-mold/PET/injection molding equipment, perform basic troubleshooting, and maintain production quality. The role emphasizes safe work practices, GMP adherence, and teamwork across shifts in a fast-paced plant.

You will operate multiple machines, assist with troubleshooting, and help with maintenance and daily production reporting. Candidates should have basic math, computer skills, and blow mold experience.

Qualifications

• Basic mathematical skills are required.
• Basic computer experience.
• Blow mold experience.
• High School diploma or GED preferred.
• Completion of Altium Production/Machine Operator training within 90 days of hire date.

Responsibilities

• Operate blow-mold/PET/injection molding machines to produce quality bottles.
• Troubleshoot process problems and perform minor maintenance on production equipment.
• Follow safety policies and wear required PPE.
• Prepare and document daily production reports and line efficiencies.
• Assist with preventive maintenance and equipment repairs as needed.
