Qualifications

• High School diploma or equivalent.
• 1 year of experience in bindery, machine operation, or related manufacturing roles preferred.
• Comfort around heavy machinery and mechanical systems.

Responsibilities

• Operate and feed the sheet-mounting equipment as part of a 2-person team.
• Perform quality checks for sheet alignment, adhesion, and finish.
• Assist with basic routine maintenance and machine setup.
• Keep work station safe, clean, and stocked with materials.
