Sheridan New Hampshire is seeking 4 team members for a hands-on Machine Operator role on the 2nd shift (3:00 PM – 11:00 PM), Monday–Friday. We'll train you to run high-speed bindery equipment, with overtime and a $2,500 hiring bonus after 12 weeks.

Qualifications

• Experience operating machinery or willingness to learn on the job.
• Able to read basic job instructions and measurements.
• Comfortable using basic tools and working with hands-on equipment.

Responsibilities

• Operate and set up bindery equipment (cutters, folders, stitchers, binders).
• Keep machines running smoothly by making adjustments and monitoring quality.
• Work with a team to meet daily production goals and inspect finished products.
