Mrs. Gerry’s Kitchen in Albert Lea, MN is seeking a 2nd Shift Batching Operator. The role involves rotating through multiple dressing, mixing, and prep stations, following recipes, and maintaining strict sanitation.

Wage is $23.90 per hour with a Monday–Friday schedule starting at 2:00 PM. The position offers opportunities to gain skills across Big Line Dressing Maker and Mixer processes, with incremental pay increases as knowledge and performance improve.

Formación

• High School Diploma or GED required or equivalent.
• Ability to read and comprehend safety and operating instructions in English.
• Ability to lift and carry up to 50 pounds.
• Forklift license or ability to obtain one.

Responsabilidades

• Learn and follow HACCP, SQF, SOP, and SSOP programs.
• Follow food safety procedures and maintain sanitation.
• Weigh ingredients and record weights accurately.
• Set up and maintain equipment for sanitation and prevent cross-contamination.
• Follow production orders and daily salad sequencing for efficiency.
• Record dates, lot numbers, and temperatures as required.
• Assist with dressing and dip production and preparation.
