Qualifications

• Familiarity with Lean, Six Sigma, or CI methodologies.
• Proficiency with ERP/CMMS and MS Office; bilingual (English/Spanish) a plus.

Responsibilities

• Oversee production across all shifts to meet safety and quality targets.
• Maintain 70%+ floor presence to supervise and coach.
• Coordinate with Planning for line setups and changeovers.
• Monitor waste, downtime, and labor efficiency.
• Lead shift handovers and standardized reporting.
• Drive KPI targets and continuous improvement with CI teams.
