Job summary

Eaton's ES AMER PCS division in Ellisville, MO is hiring a Picker/Packer for the 2nd shift (2:30pm–11:00pm). The role supports distribution by ensuring quality items are shipped on time, using AutoStore to locate finished goods and fulfill customer orders.

You will receive and put away incoming products with AutoStore, operate picking and cycle counting, label and palletize finished goods, and perform dunnage and pallet-jack tasks while keeping the area clean and safe.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or GED required from an accredited institution.
• Minimum of one year of computer experience.
• Preferred: experience working with automated robots.

Responsibilities

• Receive and put away incoming products with AutoStore to locate and select finished goods for processing orders.
• Operate warehouse picking, cycle counting, and put away by interfacing with automated equipment.
• Locate and select finished goods to process customer orders.
• Stage cardboard boxes and perform labeling and packing tasks.
• Perform dunnage operations and pallet-jack tasks as needed.
• Keep work area clean and follow Eaton’s 5-S and safety protocols.
