Clemens Family Corporation is seeking an Autonomous Maintenance Technician for the warehouse on the 2nd shift. Location is on-site in Coldwater, MI, with a focus on reliability, troubleshooting, and preventive maintenance to keep production running smoothly.

The role requires strong technical knowledge of mechanical, electrical, pneumatic, and hydraulic systems, plus experience with SAP CMMS and Microsoft Outlook. Safety and continuous improvement are emphasized.

Qualifications

• Experience troubleshooting industrial production equipment.
• Working knowledge of mechanical, electrical, pneumatic, and hydraulic systems.
• Ability to identify root causes and propose long-term solutions to equipment issues.
• Strong understanding of production operations and equipment setup/changeover processes.
• Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
• Strong teamwork and communication skills.
• Basic computer proficiency, including Microsoft Outlook.
• Ability to use SAP or similar CMMS systems for maintenance documentation.

Responsabilités

• Propose solutions to complex and recurring production equipment issues to Maintenance Technicians and Management.
• Troubleshoot mechanical, electrical, pneumatic, and hydraulic system issues during the assigned shift.
• Oversee production operations within the assigned work area.
• Assist in repairing equipment, fixtures, conveyors, and supporting systems.
• Modify, lubricate, diagnose, and operate equipment in accordance with company SOPs and safety standards.
• Perform preventative maintenance tasks safely and efficiently; work independently and with the team.
• Lead and participate in equipment setup during production start-ups and product changeovers.
• Ensure compliance with plant safety rules, including LOTO, safe lifting, and safe machine operation.
• Utilize SAP for work orders and preventive maintenance completion.
