Plascore, Inc. is hiring an Auto Sheeter for the Metals division on 2nd shift (Mon-Fri 2:30PM–10:30PM). The role involves setting up, loading, and unloading aluminum foil on both automatic and manual lines, with a starting pay of $21.90 per hour plus a sign-on bonus.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED preferred.
• Strong attention to detail required.
• Mechanically inclined and able to work overtime.
• Must be eligible to work on ITAR-regulated programs.

Responsibilities

• Determine materials to be sheeted for the day.
• Enter data from work orders into the main control panel.
• Monitor printed foil quality and maintain charts and paperwork.
• Sheet aluminum blocks according to work orders and prepare for pressing.
• Unload blocks from the sheeting table and stage for pressing.
• Monitor equipment and maintain good working order; dispose of scrap material.
• Perform quarterly inventory checks and assist other production areas.
