Job summary

Magnolia Foods, Llc. is seeking a dependable 1st Shift Machine Operator for the Chip Department in Mira Loma, California. The role requires strict adherence to GMPs and food safety standards while operating and cleaning production equipment.

You will document mixing and production logs, monitor temperatures, and comply with OSHA, FDA, and SQF guidelines. The position runs Monday through Friday, 6:00am to 2:00pm, with full-time hours.

Qualifications

• Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.

Responsibilities

• Operate and clean production machinery safely and efficiently.
• Document mixing logs and production data accurately.
• Monitor temperatures and product specs to ensure quality.
• Follow GMPs, HACCP, SQF, and other food-safety standards.
• Report equipment issues promptly to lead/supervisor.
