Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Adheres to and motivates others to follow work instructions.
• Completes equipment calibration and setup; communicates maintenance issues to Supervisor.
• Proactively identifies quality, process, and workflow problems; informs Supervisor of issues.
• Participates in training of Associates; mentors new hires and cross-trains staff.
• Communicates with Supervisor; participates in team meetings and provides input on facility issues.
• Maintains a positive attitude; treats associates with respect and dignity; reports concerns.
• Supports management decisions; assists Team Leader and Supervisor in duties.
• Maintains a clean, safe work area; notifies Supervisor of safety/health issues.
• Follows safety requirements and provides immediate feedback where needed.
• Maintains adherence to company policies.
