• Completes equipment calibration and setup; reports maintenance issues.
• Identifies quality, process, and workflow problems and informs supervisor.
• Participates in training of Associates and cross-trains staff.
• Communicates with Supervisor and attends team meetings; provides input on issues.
• Maintains a positive, respectful work environment and escalates concerns.
• Supports management decisions and assists Team Leader and Supervisor.
• Maintains clean, safe work area; reports safety/health issues.
