Job summary

Woodward is seeking an Assembly and Test Associate 1 to join our U.S. manufacturing team. You will assemble products following documented procedures, perform tests, and ensure quality through inspections while maintaining a clean workspace.

You will work 2nd shift, 2:00 PM to 10:00 PM, with initial training hours 7:30 AM to 3:30 PM during the first week. Candidates should demonstrate mechanical aptitude, attention to detail, and strong teamwork in a lean environment.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• 1+ years of mechanical aptitude experience preferred.
• Ability to follow SOPs and documentation.

Responsibilities

• Assemble product per documented procedures using specified tools and equipment.
• Test product following procedures and record results.
• Perform inspections to verify accuracy and functionality; maintain data per standards.
• Keep workstations clean, organized, and compliant with 5S principles.
