Job summary

Woodward FST, Inc. is seeking an Assembly and Test Associate 1 in Zeeland, Michigan for the 2nd shift (2:00 PM–10:00 PM). You will assemble and test products per documented procedures, ensure quality, and maintain a clean workspace. Training hours run 7:30 AM–3:30 PM for the first week.

Applicants should have a high school diploma or GED and at least 1 year of mechanical aptitude. ITAR/EAR compliance applies; U.S. Persons or eligible for authorization required.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma, or GED Equivalent.
• 1+ years of mechanical aptitude required.
• Ability to follow documented procedures and SOPs.
• Careful attention to detail and quality inspections.

• Assemble product following documented procedures using specified tools.
• Test product to verify functionality and quality records.
