Job summary

Canam Steel Corporation is hiring for an Assembly Worker at our Buckeye, AZ facility. You will read drawings, assemble parts, use hand and power tools, and perform quality checks to meet engineering specs.

The role requires adherence to safety protocols and reliable attendance on a 2nd shift schedule. New hires can earn a total compensation around $56K for a 40–50 hour week, including base pay, shift differential, overtime, and bonuses.

Qualifications

• Read and interpret technical drawings and blueprints.
• Assemble components according to engineering specifications.
• Use hand tools, power tools, and other manufacturing equipment to assemble products.
• Tack welds or clamps parts into position.
• Conduct quality checks on assembled products.
• Maintain a clean and organized work area.
• Adhere to safety protocols.
• Perform other duties as assigned by supervisor.
• Regular, reliable, punctual and consistent attendance.
