Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent required, 0–3 years related experience.
• Ability to read and follow work instructions and procedures.
• Experience with soldering techniques and microscope-assisted assembly.
• Strong attention to detail and quality inspection.

Responsibilities

• Follow and comply with documents such as work instructions, safety rules, operating and maintenance instructions.
• Assemble complex, small assemblies with high quality and efficiency.
• Assemble parts primarily using soldering techniques.
• Perform soldering work with microscope as required.
• Conduct visual inspections and basic tests; clean as prescribed.
• Report deviations from standards to the appropriate resource and document results.
• Maintain accurate data and records of work performed.
• Keep work area clean and equipment in order; follow safety procedures.
• Apply basic math to add/subtract numbers in measurements.
• Work with RTV/epoxy and other adhesives as needed.
• Foster cross-functional teamwork across shifts and departments.
• Adhere to EH&S regulations, policies and procedures.
• Demonstrate ethical and professional behavior; be consistently punctual.
• Participate in meetings to discuss issues, obtain approvals, and stay updated on new requirements.
