Excelitas Technologies Corp. in Billerica, MA is seeking Assembly Technicians for 2nd shift (Mon-Fri, 3:00 PM - 11:30 PM, 10% shift differential). You will work with engineers to assemble, test, and document parts and subassemblies for MEMS/optical devices in a clean room environment.

Requires high school diploma, basic math, English literacy, and GMP familiarity. Candidates should have manual dexterity, soldering skills, and experience with measurement tools like DVMs, oscilloscopes, and power

Competenze

• High School diploma or equivalent.
• 0-5+ years' experience in a related field is required.
• Ability to perform basic mathematical calculations.
• Microscope Experience.
• Ability to follow GMPs (Good Manufacturing Practice) using Standard Operating Procedures.
• Maintains records and clean room environment to comply with regulatory requirements.
• Use various measurement devices to record data and produce assemblies to written specifications.
• Manual dexterity, eye hand coordination, and visual acuity.
• Ability to read, write and understand English.
• Ability to perform repetitive work while paying attention to detail.
• Maintain product traceability and identification.
• Identify and segregate Non-Conforming Product.
• Ability to train other/new associates.

• Assemble/packaging products.
• Fill out paperwork for related assemblies and production activity.
• Communicate discrepancies or issues to team leads.
• Perform quality inspections with various measuring devices.
• Assist in developing methods to control or modify processes.
• Work with engineers on setup and testing activities.
