Saelens-Corporation is seeking an assembler in Wisconsin to join our production team. You will assemble components following detailed instructions and blueprints, using hand tools and power tools as needed.

Responsibilities include inspecting finished products, handling materials, and maintaining accurate production records. Ideal candidates are reliable, detail oriented, and able to work well in a team environment.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required or preferred.
• Experience in assembly/manufacturing is an advantage but not mandatory.
• Proficient with hand tools and machinery; good manual dexterity and attention to detail.

Responsibilities

• Assemble products and components following instructions and blueprints using hand tools, power tools, and machinery.
• Inspect finished products for defects and ensure they meet quality standards.
• Move materials and finished products using hand trucks or forklifts as required.
• Perform routine maintenance on assembly tools and report malfunctions.
