Job summary

Integer Holdings Corporation is seeking candidates to perform basic assembly and inspection on the 2nd shift at our Minneapolis facility. A $1,000 sign-on bonus is included in this position, with hours Monday to Thursday, 4:15 PM to 2:45 AM and a 10% shift differential on top of hourly pay.

The role involves following MPI and QWI instructions, maintaining quality records, and supporting process improvements while upholding safety and corporate values.

Responsibilities

• Adheres to Integer's Values, Behavioral Based Safety process and Integer Associate Quality Policy.
• Sets up equipment needed for assembly/inspection as per MPI's and QWI's.
• Understands own tasks and how they relate to others on their team. Works under close supervision where duties are clearly defined.
• Assembles component parts as per print. Utilizes both manual and automatic machine operation.
• Visually and/or dimensionally inspects parts and/or completed assemblies for conformance to specifications.
• Completes required Device History Records and other manufacturing documentation per GDP.
• May package assemblies for shipment.
• Participates in team activities focusing on process/product improvement, problem resolution, and customer satisfaction.
• Expands skill base through on the job training, cross training and classroom instruction.
• Maintains safe and clean working environment by complying with procedures, rules, and regulations.
• Performs other functions as required.
