Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• At least 1 year of general mechanical work experience preferred.
• Ability to lift up to 35 lbs and work in a manufacturing environment.
• Team-oriented with good interpersonal communication.

Responsibilities

• Performs basic assembly/test functions using hand/power tools and test equipment.
• Records test results on data forms and uses basic electrical equipment.
• Interprets blueprints and assembly/test specifications.
• Produces and inspects assemblies to meet product specs.
• Participates in lean initiatives and adheres to safety rules.
