Job summary

Taco Comfort Solutions is seeking an Assembler Tester II for our Cranston, RI production facility. You will perform detailed, multi-step assembly and testing of pumps and components, following MPS and BOM. You will manage materials for production orders and keep ERP records up to date, while safely using hand and pneumatic tools. Rotation includes occasional painting tasks.

The role emphasizes accuracy, adherence to procedures, and teamwork in a busy manufacturing environment with on-site work.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent preferred.
• 6 months of mechanical assembly experience in a manufacturing environment.
• Must learn Manufacturing Process Sheets (MPS) and Bills of Material (BOM) and use ERP.

Responsibilities

• Performs detailed, multi-step complex assembly and testing per MPS/BOM.
• Maintains materials for production orders and updates ERP with work performed.
• Operates hand and pneumatic tools; may perform painting on a rotating basis.
• Ensures parts meet tolerances, document results, and maintain a clean work area.
