Camfil in Crystal Lake, IL seeks an Assembler/Packer for the 2nd shift. You will assemble components per drawings, pack filters, and maintain 6S standards while ensuring product quality.

Responsibilities include following assembly instructions, sustaining cycle times, inspecting parts, reporting issues, and cross-training across production areas. Requires 2 years of stable work history and ability to lift up to 50 pounds.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Two years of stable work history expected.
• Ability to read and interpret safety rules and manuals.
• Ability to write routine reports.
• Ability to speak English effectively with management and colleagues.
• Basic math including reading a tape measure and fractions.
• Stand and walk for several hours; lift up to 50 pounds.

Responsabilités

• Follow assembly/packing instructions and procedures.
• Maintain cycle times to meet standards.
• Assemble and pack components throughout the shift.
• Visually inspect filters for defects.
• Report issues and defective parts to the Group Leader.
• Operate pleater and production machinery as needed.
• Cross-train in other production areas as required.
• Maintain safe, clean working environment and comply with procedures.
• Be available for overtime and adjustments as needed.
