Job summary

Air Squared Manufacturing, LLC is seeking an Assembler Level 1 for the 2nd shift in Thornton, Colorado. The role involves mechanical assembly, tooling, testing, and quality checks on oil-free scroll compressors.

The position is full-time, non-exempt, with a pay range of $21–$25 per hour plus $1 per hour for the 2nd shift, and Monday-Thursday 3:30pm–2:00am. Benefits include health, dental, vision, 401K, and more.

Qualifications

• Must submit resume to be considered.
• High school diploma or GED required.
• 1 year of manufacturing experience preferred.
• Ability to read and follow work instructions in English.
• Pay attention to the details.
• Ability to stand for an 8-10 hour shift.

Responsibilities

• Mechanical assembly following assembly instructions and guidelines.
• Learn to use assembly tools and equipment.
• Performance testing and inspections of assembly parts and products.
• Ensure product quality and adherence to specifications.
• Always maintain a clean and organized work area.
• Works under supervision both individually and on a team.
