Job summary

Cornerstone Building Brands is seeking an Assembler 1 in North Dartmouth, MA for the 2nd shift. You will assemble and fabricate components using hand and power tools, verify quantities, and manage parts inventory.

The role requires lifting up to 50 pounds, attention to detail, and the ability to train others, with 5S housekeeping responsibilities. Shift 3:30 PM–2:00 AM, Monday–Thursday; base pay $17.75/hr plus $1 shift differential.

Qualifications

• Experience with staple guns, drills preferred.
• Must be able to bend and work in a fast-paced environment.
• Ability to lift up to 50 pounds continually above shoulder height and below the waist.

Responsibilities

• Assemble and fabricate product using company-supplied hand and power tools.
• Verify correct quantities of component parts and perform quality checks.
• Manage parts inventory and maintain 5S standards.
• Identify non-conforming product and train new associates.
• Perform repetitive work with attention to detail and maintain relationships with co-workers.
