Job summary

You will verify parts and materials, perform routine quality checks, report inconsistencies, maintain a clean, safe workspace, and support continuous improvements and production standards.

Qualifications

• High school diploma/GED preferred but not required.
• 6 months manufacturing and assembling experience preferred.
• Ability to read and follow instructions and blueprints.
• Must be able to stand for extended periods and lift materials.

Responsibilities

• Set up work area and prepare required materials.
• Assemble parts according to instructions and quality standards.
• Operate hand tools including hammer, miter saw, nail gun, tape measure.
• Stack and label finished products per procedures.
• Maintain safe, clean, and organized work area.
• Inspect equipment and products for compliance with standards.
• Identify and correct defects in finished products.
• Follow safety and quality procedures; participate in safety programs.
• Perform additional duties as assigned.
