Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED preferred but not required.
• 6 months of manufacturing and assembling experience preferred.
• Basic math skills and good hand-eye coordination required.
• Must be able to use a hammer for extended periods and safety practices must be followed.

Responsibilities

• Completes work area setup.
• Fits parts together per instructions and quality standards.
• Operates hand tools as required to complete the assembly process.
• Stacks completed products and may cover, label, and band components.
• Maintains clean and organized work area and ensures equipment is safe to operate.
• Performs pre-shift startup inspection and end-of-shift cleanup.
• Checks materials/products for compliance with standards; corrects deviations.
