ManpowerGroup is seeking an Assembler for the Corona, CA area to join a manufacturing production team. This 2nd shift position emphasizes safety, following simple work instructions, and hands-on assembly in a fast-paced setting.

The ideal candidate will demonstrate manual dexterity, ability to lift up to 50 pounds occasionally, and comfort reading basic instructions while contributing to a productive, structured workflow. Overtime potential may be available based on production needs.

Responsibilities

• Follow operating practices for machinery to support assembly, setup, and shutdown.
• Read and follow simple work instructions to manually assemble parts.
• Load and unload materials, parts, or products onto/from pallets and racks.
• Deliver metal parts or stock to designated work areas for machining.
• Remove chips and scrap, keep surfaces clean and prepare for next steps.
