You will read blueprints and shop orders, adhere to SOPs/JSAs, and maintain a clean, safe work area. Ideal candidates have a high school diploma or GED, strong communication skills, and attention to detail.

Qualifications

• Requires a high school diploma/GED and previous experience in an industrial or manufacturing environment.
• Excellent communication & interpersonal skills.
• Demonstrates an attention to detail.
• Ability to read, communicate and interpret documents such as safety rules, operating and maintenance instructions, procedure manuals, blueprints and engineering drawings in the English Language.

Responsibilities

• Performs a combination of production assembly tasks using hand tools, power tools, and other equipment per instructions to meet specifications.
• Reads and interprets blueprints, engineering drawings, and shop orders to assemble final and subassembly products.
• Maintains a clean and organized work area and follows SOPs/JSAs and safety regulations.
• Reports safety, quality or process issues to supervisors and participates in problem solving.
• Willing to work overtime and move between shifts for training or coverage as needed.
