Job summary

Titan Wheel Corporation in Quincy, IL is seeking a full-time Machine Operator who can flex shifts using the MyWorkChoice app. You pick days you work and hours, with a base pay of $20.03 per hour and weekly pay options. Training is provided, and safety gear is required for all shifts.

The role involves operating Rim Line machinery, basic grinding, and maintaining quality checks. Prior manufacturing experience and blueprint reading are preferred.

• Making minor adjustments and setup to the machine as needed.

Choose Your Shifts

• Hours:7AM –3PM
• Days: You choose–Mondays- Fridays(pick up any shifts in the app)
• Pay: $20.03/hour, paid every Friday (daily pay also available)

What You’ll Do

• Operating Rim Line machinery - loading it, watching it run, and performing visual checks to make sure parts look right

A Few Things to Know… We Won’t Sugar Coat it

• It’snot climate controlled. The floor runs warm, especially near the paint ovens, balconies, and other production areas.
• You'reon your feet moving most of the shift.
• Closed-toed steel-toe shoes are required. (Bring your own).
