Job summary

Randstad USA is seeking dependable Packers for the 2nd shift in Indiana. The role focuses on packing products efficiently, ensuring quality according to customer specs, and maintaining a clean work area. OT may be required on weekends.

Responsibilities include packing into trays or containers, performing quality checks before and after packing, and staying organized in a fast-paced environment. The position offers a stable schedule with potential overtime as needed.

Qualifications

• Tolerate light to moderate noise levels (ear protection provided).
• Walk up to 400 yards and move items up to 50 lbs.
• Work in a fast paced environment and twist/bend repetitively.

We're on the lookout for dependable individuals to join us as Packers, where precision matters, and the atmosphere is all about getting the job done.

Responsibilities:

• Pack products into trays, cartons, bags, or containers efficiently.
• Identify acceptable or unacceptable product quality per customer requirements both before and after the product is packed.
• Keep work area clean and organized.

Shifts:

2nd Shift: 1:50pm-10 p.m. Monday-Friday (OT and weekends as needed)

Qualifications:

• Tolerate light to moderate noise levels (ear protection provided by the client).
• Walk up to 400 yards (non slip shoes required).
• Handle repetitive pulling/pushing, stand for eight - ten hours, and move items up to 50 lbs.
• Working in a fast paced environment.
• Ability to twist and bend repetitively.
